We are committed to customers satisfaction!
We take returns, refunds issues seriously and we will go any length legally with scammers trying to steal from hardworking small business owners and artisans hand braiding these units.
But Due to the nature of the wigs and the time taken to manufacture the braided wigs we sell and health reasons, there is no exchange, return or refund permitted.
It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair /braided wigs/ wigs/ handmade /haircare products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a REFUND ONLY EXCHANGE IN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
To be eligible for a return if a wrong item is shipped to you, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Essential Products ( Masks, Face Shield, Supplements)
To complete your exchange , we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Skincare & Hair-care, we DO NOT offer any RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
All samples are nonrefundable.
NO RETURN ON CUSTOM HANDMADE ORDERS (BRAIDED WIGS ETC).
NO RETURNS ON WHOLESALES.
NO RETURNS ON READY TO SHIP WIGS ORDERS.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDITS
* If you receive an item that is incorrect, email (delightbraidedwigs@gmail.com) us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process
* Returns must be requested within 2 business days of receipt
*All approved returns and order cancellations are subject to a 20% or $40 (whichever is greater) restocking fee that is non-waivable and non-negotiable.
* Damaged or missing products must be communicated to a customer services Representative within 48 hrs of receipt.
* NO return authorization credits or exchange will be issued for any braided wig, wigs or that the lace has been cut Relabeled.
* All orders MUST be returned with the gifts included UNOPENED AND UNUSED.
* NO return authorizations credits or exchange will be used for any lashes skincare, haircare and cosmetics products.
* Return freight paid by customers
- Custom duties are paid by the customer, we don’t pay custom duties or levy , kindly check with your country.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
When Items are been Returned due to our error

* Upon Return products will be inspected by a quality assurance team member.
If its determine products have been opened, damaged, cut lace, defaced, relabeled or gifts included not returned Delightbraidedwigs reserves all rights to dispose of products and withhold a refund.
* If the product is found to meet our return policy a refund will be applied to your account, less a 20% or $40 for products over a $150 as restock fee.
**SHIPPING FEES IS NOT REFUNDABLE**
* All deductions from invoice require prior approval.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.
All samples are nonrefundable.
If we ship the wrong wig, buyer pays the return shipping fee item will be replaced after inspection of the wig.
Approved returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we’ve received your return.
If an item is damaged by the buyer, lace cut we will not accept any exchange or refund.
All wigs are thoroughly inspected and pictures were taken before leaving our Warehouse and double-checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality.
We do not accept exchanges unless we send wrong order or item is defective. it must be in the original state when received and all gifts accompanied MUST be returned UNOPENED. Please contact us via email at Delightbraidedwigs@gmail.com with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.
SHIPPING FEE ( DHL EXPRESS) IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
CUSTOMER PAYS FOR RETURNING FEES.
ALL ITEM ON SALES ( THANKSGIVING, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS SALES OR ANY SALES ) ARE FINAL!!! NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE
ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE!!!!!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Delightbraidedwigs@gmail.com and send your item to: P.O Box 568, UNIONDALE, NY, 11553, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange (minus the 20%/$60 restocking fee) the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it – TOTALLY UNUSED – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hrs of placing your order. Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation after purchase, attract the processing fees charge by our payment gateways are not refundable, the fee is 2.9% +$.30 off the total amount.
2.9 % +$ .30 will be deducted from the total paid to be refunded. Any third party fees, e.g. Route Shipping insurance fees is NOT REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation after 24 hrs or when processing has started ( before products is been shipped out)
Due to the fact the wig is custom made to your specification that you picked and processing/production has started, there will be a 20% Cancellation fee or $40 whichever one is greater Restocking fee for products over $150 will apply.
This fee(20% Cancellation fee or $40) will be deducted from the total you paid. The balance will be refunded.
Shipping insurance fees (route shipping) is NOT REFUNDABLE. This is a third party fees.
